Sustainable Community Facilities

Cadwyn Clwyd (Rural Development Agency) has teamed up with energy experts DEG (Datblygiadau Egni Gwledig) to offer 12 free energy audits to organisations in Denbighshire that manage community buildings.

The current climate emergency and cost of living crisis present great challenges to community groups running essential community buildings, such as village and town halls, sports clubs and community-owned enterprises.

These energy audits will examine building energy efficiency and provide a report with advice and recommendations that could help community groups reduce their long-term costs and reduce carbon emissions.

This pilot project is a limited time offer, so if you are interested, please get in touch.  Eligible buildings will need to be located in Denbighshire be able to demonstrate they operate for the benefit of the community.  To find out more and apply for an energy audit email:
