Prosperous Denbighshire is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund through the ‘supporting local business’ investment priority. The project aim is aligned to the UKSPF aims to boost productivity, pay, jobs and living standards by growing the private sector, with focus on supporting micro and small enterprises within Denbighshire.

The fund will directly support micro and small enterprises in Denbighshire by providing two grant schemes towards costs relating to the introduction of new products or processes:
All successful projects must have been completed and claimed no later than 31st October 2024
Existing micro & small businesses, new business start-ups and social enterprises will be eligible to apply.
The project will enable enterprises to innovate; adopt energy efficient and low carbon technologies; and trial new products, processes and service delivery. There will be a focus on business expansion, supporting the introduction of innovative technologies and new ways of doing businesses.
